    Hey all -  just a gentle nudge about this opportunity! Please share your thoughts by January 31, 2022 :) 

    Are you a current or former resident librarian applying for a new position, or thinking about the next step in your career? Want to learn more about how to leverage your residency experience in the job market? 

    The RIG Programs & Proposals team is soliciting interest in a resource or program focused on job searching for current and recent residents. Out of respect for everyone's bandwidth, we also welcome your thoughts and suggestions on how to share this information in asynchronous or synchronous ways to increase access for all. 

    If such a program is of interest to you, or if you have suggestions about what you wish you had known while applying for jobs as a resident librarian, please consider filling out this 5-question survey: https://forms.gle/VMVdFDXmdiVfF8UL6 

    We hope to have a resource developed and ready to share in early 2022, as more academic librarian positions are announced for the upcoming school year.
