Registration is now open for New England Library Instruction Group's (NELIG) midwinter gathering! Our free, half-day event will take place on Monday, March 18th, at UMass Amherst's W.E.B. DuBois Library and online, from 9:30am - 12:30pm EST. The theme for our gathering is "Living in the Future." We'll begin with a panel discussion of AI in academic librarianship (bring your questions!), followed by the chance to try out generative AI tools and network with your colleagues from around New England.
Light refreshments will be available, (though we encourage in-person attendees to bring their own water bottles), and our gathering will be followed by an optional dine-around in Amherst, MA.
Contact Rachel Sperling (rachel.sperling@yale.edu) or Christin Wixson (chwixson@plymouth.edu) with any questions.
