  • 1.  REMINDER: nominations are open for RUSA's Isadore Gilbert Mudge Award for a distinguished contribution to reference librarianship

    Do you know an individual who has made a distinguished contribution to reference librarianship? Examples of distinguished contributions include authorship of a significant book or articles in the reference field; creative and inspirational teaching; active participation in professional associations devoted to reference services; innovative library programs, or leadership in other noteworthy professional activities.

    If so, please consider nominating them for the RUSA Isadore Gilbert Mudge Award sponsored by EBSCO. The nomination deadline is February 17. The award presents a $5,000 monetary prize and a citation.
