 The J. Murrey Atkins Library at UNC Charlotte is seeking an Associate Dean for Public Services to coordinate and integrate library services for all members of the user community including students, faculty, staff, alumni, retirees, and community members. The Associate Dean ensures high quality, responsive, and continuously-improving customer service in the Research and Instructional Services unit, Circulation & Reserves unit, the Resource Sharing and Access Services unit, Collection Maintenance unit, and the library's Offsite Storage Facility. The Associate Dean for Public Services researches, plans, develops, recommends, and implements long-and short-term goals, best practices, standards, principles, and innovative means for the provision of library public services to the UNC Charlotte Community
