    We are conducting a study to identify opportunities for retention of BIPOC librarians in the profession. We are seeking both BIPOC and White librarians to share information about their career history and satisfaction.

    What we would be asking you to do is to fill out an online survey that takes about 30 minutes. More information about the survey is available at the link below.

    The research team includes Dr. Kawanna Bright (East Carolina University), Dr. Mónica Colón-Aguirre (University of South Carolina), Dr. Sunha Kim and Dr. Amy VanScoy (University at Buffalo).

    Participation in this research is completely voluntary, and you can change your mind at any time in the process without consequence.
