My fellow librarians,
I'm not sure if this is the proper venue, but I don't know where else to turn. I'm being backed into a corner. I feel like I am being ambushed by the other two librarians for less than frivolous reasons. I have been here for less than two months and am still under my one year probationary period. It feels like they are trying to get me fired. They are constantly complaining about me to the Director, but have never said a word to me about their "issues" with me. The situation has escalated to the point of HR involvement. We are meeting with the Assistant Director of HR today. I am so sick of defending myself against these types of attacks. I just want to do my job. I'm sure someone here can relate to my plight. I need some advice.
