- Have an ALA-accredited MLS/MLIS degree (or equivalent).
- Have a strong working knowledge of metadata standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with cataloging tools and integrated library systems.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity, privacy, and accessibility.
