Tell me about your LibAnswers Chatbot implementations. I've been asked to investigate after hours use. In the past, we decided not use it because our usual chat queries and Query Analyzer results were very specific, though I've seen some implementations that look promising. Questions, how labor intensive was it to set up? How did you decide what to input into the bot, other than having it search other Springshare products? Most importantly, is it used and useful for users?
