    Hi, Chapter Leaders and Advocacy Chairs,

    We're looking for your feedback for the bills you've been tracking in your state inclusive of topics outside the intellectual freedom realm. We're especially  feedback on bills impacting e-books, funding,  school libraries or other pressing topics in your state.  The data  you provide will help provide an overview for a State Legislative Update at ALA Annual (Sunday, June 25, at 4:00 PM in McCormick W193).

    Below is a basic outline, but feel free to share updates in any form . 

    Bill Name and Number: 

    Rating: Positive, Negative, or Neutral 

    Type: eBook, Funding, School Library, Broadband, Intellectual Freedom, or another topic

    Status: Active, Stalled, Failed, Passed or Signed into Law

    Summary of Bill:

    Summary State Chapter Actions: 

    Please e-mail the updates to jmartin@ala.org. (Submissions and comments implies consent for usage in the program) 

    Please submit by Tuesday, June 13.
