Working under the leadership of the Research Services Lead, position responsibilities include providing effective delivery of business research instruction and consultations to students, staff and faculty; engaging in academic outreach to the
UWM Lubar College of Business and assigned departments; and contributing to programs that educate graduate students and faculty on issues in scholarly communication. The position provides excellent customer service in a professional manner, serves as a resource to others, and is a model representative of
UWM and the Libraries. We welcome applications from newly graduated and early career librarians.
*This position requires work to be performed in-person, onsite, at the Golda Meir Library with flexibility for telecommuting up to 2 days a week, after a successful onboarding period.
The starting salary for this position is $48,870. The University of Wisconsin System offers a comprehensive benefits package to employees. The University contributes to the cost of several benefit plans. Leave packages: 176 hours vacation, 176 hours Sick leave (during the first 18 months) (96 hours thereafter) 36 hours personal holiday. This leave is granted on a fiscal year basis, July 1-June 30. Depending on start date and percentage of appointment, leave may be pro-rated.
