    Exciting news, program submissions opened today for the upcoming JCLC Conference 2022 to be held at St Pete's Beach in Florida.

    Call for Proposals for JCLC 2022 Is Now Open!


    JCLC 2022 seeks conference session presentations in all areas of diversity, focusing on the theme Gathering for Action: EDI-Where Do We Go From Here? We invite you to share your successes, opportunities, and challenges on pressing issues affecting both libraries and communities of color. 


    Tracks and topics include: 

    • Advocacy, Outreach, and Collaboration

    • Collections, Programs, and Services

    • Bridge Building, Intersectionality, and Inclusion

    • Leadership, Management, and Organizational Development

    • Technology and Innovation


    We welcome proposals of all types-including posters, presentations, lightning talks, workshops, and roundtables-that will excite, engage, and create new learning opportunities for attendees.


    JCLC 2022 is open to all library staff, students, influencers, and decision-makers interested in exploring inclusive policies and practices in libraries and how they affect the communities of color who use our services.


    All proposals must be received by midnight PST on March 15, 2022.
