Invitation to Participate in a Study on Experiences with Evidence Synthesis

    Barriers to Evidence Synthesis

Our names are Rachel Keiko Stark and Laura Gaeta. We are faculty members in the University Library and in the Communication Sciences and Disorders department at Sacramento State University and are part of a multi-institutional team that is investigating researchers' experiences with evidence synthesis. You are invited to participate in a research study about researchers' experiences with evidence synthesis. Evidence synthesis includes systematic reviews, meta-analysis, and other types of structured reviews.

If you volunteer, you will be asked to take a survey about your experiences as a researcher involved in evidence synthesis, which will take about 5-10 minutes.

If you have any questions about the research, please contact us at stark@csus.edu or l.gaeta@csus.edu.  If you have any questions about your rights as a participant in a research project please call the Office of Research, Innovation, and Economic Development, California State University, Sacramento, (916) 278-5674, or email irb@csus.edu.

Your participation implies that you have read and understand this information and that you may stop at any time without penalty.
