    Dear colleagues,  

    Please excuse any cross-posting of the invitation to participate in this study.   

    You are invited to participate in a research study examining organizational culture and job satisfaction within academic libraries. I am conducting this study as a student in the Masters of Sociology program at Minnesota State University, Mankato, under the supervision of Dr. Sarah Epplen. This project has gone through IRB approval by the Minnesota State University, Mankato Institutional Review Board (MSU IRBNet#2435597). 

    This study is open to librarians who meet the following criteria:  

    • Currently work or have worked in an academic library in the United States  

    • Currently hold a Master of Library Science (MLS), Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS), or international equivalent degree  

    If you agree to be in this study, you will respond to a survey asking questions about the organizational culture of your library, your job satisfaction, and demographic questions. The survey is expected to take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete.  

    Participation is completely voluntary, no identifying data will be collected, and study results will remain anonymous. You have the right to stop participating at any time.
