The IMLS-grant-funded Evidence Synthesis Institute is piloting a new training just for groups. If your institution needs to train a whole team of 5-20 librarians/staff in supporting evidence synthesis reviews – with an emphasis on disciplines outside the health sciences – you can now apply for a 3-day long virtual training tailored to your needs hosted by the instructors of the Evidence Synthesis Institute. Applications will be accepted May 2-31, 2022 and the trainings will be scheduled over the next year based on instructor availability.

Because this is a pilot, we will only be accepting 3 groups at this time and are limited to institutions based in the United States. Factors we will consider in screening applications and selecting groups will be: range of disciplines served; size of institution and group (we would like to work with a variety of sizes); and potential impact of training.
