  • 1.  Help getting to bulk upload template. Links to it not working.

    I'm trying to bulk upload survey results .  When in the survey I have the option to "Enter Paper Responses".  Because I want to batch upload, I'm trying to get to he "Bulk Upload Template".  I've been unable to get this to display or download for a while.  Can someone help troubleshoot this issue?

    I have way too many to upload other ways.  We've found that we get 20%-50% response rate if we deploy a survey in class with a qr code or short url.  They are given time to do it.  When we deploy a print survey, we get nearly 100% response rate.  So we have been using print and have a lot to upload from this fall quarter.

    Hi Jennifer,

    Apologies that you are having difficulties! I have reported the error with downloading the Bulk Upload Template Excel sheet to our technical developers, who are working on a solution. In the meantime, you can use the online bulk entry method to enter your responses into Project Outcome. For more details, please see the "Entering Paper Response" tutorial.

    I'm pleased to report that the Excel bulk template issue has been resolved, and you will now be able to download the file.
