    LACS is pleased to share with you the call for papers for the upcoming LACS graduate student conference, "Community and Resistance: Reclaiming Knowledge Production," with our special keynote speaker, writer Yuliana Ortiz, author of the novel Carnaval Fever (2022)We invite academics, artists, and scientific researchers, especially graduate students and early career scholars, to present papers that address the topics of how knowledge is or historically has been generated and transmitted in Latin America and the Caribbean.
