    Dear Colleagues,
Please join us for a very special Augusta Baker Lecture on Friday, March 8th, entitled:
Impactful Grants: A Panel Discussion on Obtaining Funds for Your Communities.

Description: Securing funding for your library is more than just applying for grants. It's about advocacy work and engaging with stakeholders to address how funds can support specific projects or programs. Obtained funds can be strategized to raise awareness of gaps or underserved groups. In this panel discussion, three library leaders will talk about how they identify and secure funds supporting their libraries whether it is for their school libraries or for veterans' groups. From federal to local grants, panelists will share lessons learned, advice, and strategies on applying and securing grants and funds for libraries. All are welcome to attend!

    Date/Time: March 8, Friday, 8-9 am PT / 9-10 am MT / 10-11 am CT / 11-12 pm ET
