Hello Everyone!  I hope this message arrives in good spirits and health!

Emma Kent, who is the Assistant University Librarian for Access and Academic Innovation at Grambling University, has organized a special webinar where white and BIPOC library faculty come together to talk about uncomfortable topics like lack of diversity in the library profession, bullying and dsyfunction in the workplace,  Critial Race Theory, Neutrality and More!!

We decided to design the questions based on suggestions from the potential audience members.  This should be not only thought provoking but hopefully provide a framework for future discussions and open communication.  Submit all pre questions and topics to me enorlin@aserl.org or  Emma Kent  kente@gram.edu  by June 22, 2021.

I expect we will get a large audience turnout, so feel free to share widely and sign up in advance.
