    Hi all,

Forwarding on behalf of a colleague. This is a short, anonymous survey, and not limited to academic libraries. Please feel free to share widely.

The University of North Texas Libraries is conducting a research study on Transgender Workplace Belonging in U.S. Libraries.

You may choose to participate in this research study if you are over the age of 18, you work in a U.S. library (or worked in a U.S. library within the past 12 months), and you self-identify as transgender or gender diverse.

The purpose of this study is to learn the experiences of transgender and gender nonconforming people working in U.S. libraries to determine their feelings of workplace belonging and potentially improve feelings of workplace belonging for transgender and gender diverse people working in U.S. libraries.

Study procedure includes voluntary participation in an online survey that should take about 5 minutes of your time. You will not receive compensation for participation.

If you have questions, please contact the PI, Julie Leuzinger (julie.leuzinger@unt.edu).
