Subject: Call for papers and projects: the caribbean digital conference
    To:

Deadline for submissions: June 30, 2025

The twelfth iteration of The Caribbean Digital will take place from December 4 to 5, 2025, at Northeastern University. This year, they are thrilled to collaborate with the Early Caribbean Digital Archive, the Africana Studies Program, and the NULab for Humanities and Computational Social Science at Northeastern University.

Following conversations that animated past events, they look forward to continuing our critical engagement with presentations that may evoke various themes focused on the challenges and opportunities presented by media technologies that reconfigure the social and geopolitical contours of the Caribbean and its diasporas.

They welcome abstracts of 250-300 words in length. Abstracts should include:

    • a name,
    • an academic affiliation,
    • contact information,
    • and short bios.
Please submit using this form, which requires a Google sign-in, by June 30, 2025. Successful applicants will be notified by August 30, 2025. Travel and accommodations for conference presenters will be covered.
