    FYI

The applications for the 2024 KP and LCDP cohorts are live now:

The Kaleidoscope Program is a two-year commitment for IBPOC students enrolled in ALA accredited master's students and is free to selected participants. KP Scholars receive tuition support, professional development funding, virtual training sessions, and are paired with a mentor for the duration of their cohort. ARL is seeking a mentor consultant with a wide network in the libraries and archives space to assist with pairing scholars to mentors.

LCDP is a 13-month commitment for emerging IBPOC leaders in the libraries and archives space and requires tuition and institutional support. LCDP fellows attend site visits, virtual training sessions, and are paired with a mentor/sponsor for the duration of the opportunity. ARL staff has a limited pool of scholarship opportunities available for LCDP applicants.

Feel free to share with your network.
