A renowned research institution with liberal arts at the core, Dartmouth College is currently experiencing dramatic growth of programs, students, and research centers in STEM fields.
Dartmouth Library plans to hire up to four motivated, collegial, and forward-looking information professionals to build a new collaborative team of STEM librarians. Working individually and together, these four librarians will support undergraduates, graduate and professional school students, faculty and researchers in the physical sciences, engineering, computer science, and related interdisciplinary institutes and centers. Each member of the team will develop, sustain, and promote effective and user-centered library programs, services, and collections in one or more disciplinary areas, to support and advance research, teaching and learning at Dartmouth.
Open positions include:
- Research & Learning Librarian - STEM. Liaison for Physical Sciences (1 position)
- Research & Learning Librarian - STEM. Liaison for Engineering and Computer Science (2 positions)
- Learning & Engagement Librarian – STEM. Working primarily with undergraduate students across all STEM disciplines, and cross-campus outreach and engagement (1 position)
