Charge: To promote and develop competencies around evidence synthesis including systematic reviews, meta-analyses, scoping reviews, and other related methods of research synthesis, through activities such as: Facilitating discussion and peer-support; Creating and managing a resource page; Encouraging programming and publications around systematic reviews through ACRL.

    The Evidence Synthesis Institute (ESI) together with leaders of the ACRL Evidence Synthesis Methods Interest Group (ESMIG) are hosting an Evidence Synthesis Social during ACRL in Minneapolis! 


    When: Friday, April 4, 2025 from 6:00pm-8:00pm

    Where: Prince Lounge, 2nd floor, Eat Street Crossing

    2819 Nicollet Ave

    Minneapolis, MN 55408

    (Easily accessible from Downtown via the 18 bus line)

    Details: This is a chance to mingle with fellow librarians who do evidence synthesis work. Free beverages and appetizers will be provided by our sponsor, Covidence. A Covidence representative will also be in attendance to answer questions and chat. 

    This is not an official ACRL event. All ESI participants, ACRL ESMIG members, and evidence synthesis librarians (whether or not that's your official title) are welcome to attend. 

    No RSVP necessary.
