    Dear all,

Just wanted to put in a word for an upcoming conference of interest: ESMARConf is a FREE, online annual conference series dedicated to evidence synthesis and meta-analysis in R. You can register for the conference here. The sessions are centered around GMT, so for those who cannot make it live it will be made available on YouTube. Here is the link to the ESMARConf 2021 recordings.

Most of the sessions are technical in nature, but there will also be few sessions on 24th that will be more focused on the development of the ES community. Trevor Riley, at NOAA, and I will be hosting one of the sessions titled "Building an evidence ecosystem for tool design". There are also a couple of R packages that are slated to start being built during the hackathon. If you are interested in contributing to these projects, there is an interest form towards the bottom of the conference website where you can express your interest.

    Best,

    Sarah
