    Hi all,
    Does anyone here include EDI training for student workers?

    I'd really like to start including something in our training curriculum, but there is so much good material out there.  I'm overwhelmed by the best pieces to use (eg. Implicit bias website), and not sure how to make it manageable for a short training period.  (We usually meet with new student workers as a group at the beginning of fall temr, to cover basics, then continue to train them (1-on-1, on shift) throughout their first month or so of employment.)

    Any outlines or ideas for best things to include are appreciated!
