ACRL Chapters Council

Dear Colleagues,

Please see the following updates from the ACRL Chapters Council:

• Chapters Council meeting at ALA will be in a hybrid format on June 26th at 1 pm CST.

• Please register for the meeting using this link https://wpunj.zoom.us/meeting/register/F849IU3_SLCKK6-mcnZq1g 

• Agenda items may be submitted to marksg@wpunj.edu or leslin.charles@rutgers.edu 

We are also seeking volunteers and nominations for several leadership roles with elections scheduled for our June meeting:

• Vice-Chair/Chair-Elect (3-year term)

• Secretary (1-year term)

• List Administrator (appointed 1-year term)

Additionally, the Chapters Council is seeking one representative for the ACRL Leadership & Recruitment Committee (LRC) for a two-year term. This committee works to identify and recruit candidates for ACRL leadership positions.

As leadership transitions occur at your chapters, please remember to update your chapter leadership contacts with ACRL. You can do this by emailing Megan Griffin at mgriffin@ala.org or by completing the Leadership Transition Form linked below.
