    Dear ALA Connect Members, 

    My name is Libby Peterman. I am a graduate student in the Master of Library and Information Science program at Southern Connecticut State University. 

    I am requesting your time and assistance with my capstone survey.

     I am surveying Public University Libraries and the Library Bill of Rights.
