    Hello Access Services Professionals!

    The ACRL Access Services Interest Group (ASIG) is searching for volunteers to serve as the incoming conveners starting June 2025. We're looking to appoint two people to work together as co-conveners for a three-year appointment (2025-2028). Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) organizing virtual forums for the ASIG community, maintaining the Framework for Access Services Librarianship, and attending ALA Annual for the yearly in-person meeting.

    Most work is completed virtually. We encourage new library professionals, as well as those who may not always be available to travel, to express interest. You must be a member of ALA and ACRL in order to volunteer for this position. Please contact Loftan Hooker and Christine Forbes by Thursday, May 15th using the contact information below.
