Greetings, AI Interest Group!
It is time to plan for next year's leadership, and we are opening a call for the next Incoming Convener. If you enjoy participating in this group and have ideas for where it could go next, please consider nominating yourself! The new Incoming Convener must be an ACRL member.
The new Incoming Convener will serve a three-year term: one year as Incoming Convener (2026-27), one year as Convener (2027-28), and one year as Past Convener (2028-29). Terms run from July 1st to June 30th of the following year.
The current Past Convener, Heather Sardis, is rotating off the leadership team, Ginny Pannabecker will be moving into the role of Past Convener, and I (Amanda Makula) will assume the position of Convener.
To self-nominate, please submit your name and a brief statement of interest (300 words or less) to this

Friday, April 3. Your statement should include a reflection on your engagement with the interest group thus far and your vision for the group going forward.
The leadership team will create an election ballot, including names and statements, for a vote by the IG membership.
