    Dear Colleagues:

    We are happy to announce the upcoming conference "Academic Libraries: Trends and Innovations", which will take place on June 12-13, 2025, in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.

    This event will gather library professionals, researchers, and educators to explore the latest trends, challenges, and innovations in academic libraries.

    The conference will be hosted by the American University of Central Asia (AUCA), one of the leading universities in Central Asia, renowned for its academic excellence.


    Join us for insightful presentations, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities as we discuss the future of academic libraries. We look forward to welcoming participants worldwide to share ideas and best practices.

    Conference focus areas: 

    • Electronic Resources and Services

    • Open Science and Scholarly Communication 

    • Digital Scholarship 

    • Diversity, Equity, Access, and Inclusion (DEIA) in Academic Libraries 

    • Library Leadership and Innovations

    Participants are invited to submit proposals, including original research, case studies, theoretical analyses, and practical implementations. Submissions related to the conference focus areas are encouraged though not limited to these topics.

    Due date for submission of proposals: December 11, 2024

    Notification of acceptance: January 10, 2025
