Interested in applying the leadership experience you've gained at the state or regional ACRL chapter level? Want an opportunity to work with ACRL chapters from across the country to help ACRL as a whole further its goals? Consider running for ACRL Chapters Council officer!
Chapters Council holds elections annually for two positions: Secretary and Vice-Chair/Chair-Elect. The Secretary will have a one-year term, 2023-24. The Vice-Chair/Chair-Elect will serve one year as Vice-Chair (2023-24), followed by a year as Chair (2024-25), and then a year as Past Chair (2025-26). Terms begin and end at the Chapters Council midyear meeting, which normally takes place in June and will be online this year. I will share information on this year's summer meeting in the next few weeks, once the Chapters Council leadership has finalized a date and time. To run, one must be a current board member of a statewide or regional ACRL chapter.

Sunday, April 30, for inclusion in the
Chapter Topics Newsletter. I will provide specific instructions to the nominee.
