THE ACRL Virtual World Interest Group went on a second "gridhop" (jump from one virtual world to another) on Sept. 23, 2012. Fifteen participants toured the Lifelong Learning Library in Jokaydia, which is an educational virtual world based in Australia.

On October 21st at noon Pacific Time, the ACRL VWIG plans an International Information Literacy panel with speakers from the US, the UK, Poland, Greece, and Australia. The event will be held in Second Life and invitations will be sent soon.
