    Hi all,

    The New Members and Mentorship Team will continue to host our informal water cool chats from last Fall. These water cooler chats are a venue for current and past library residents, as well as those interested in residencies, to connect and chat about residency-related topics. There is no set agenda.  Our spring water cooler chats will occur on the third Wednesday of each month from February to May at 3 PM Eastern, starting this Wednesday, February 17.     In order to respect our team members' capacity as we enter a year into the COVID-19 pandemic, we will not proactively plan any mentorship discussions for the spring. However, if you are interested in facilitating a mentorship discussion, we welcome your ideas. Contact Jessica Dai at Jessica.Dai@mail.wvu.edu with your ideas.
