  • 1.  ACRL-HSIG Dec 2nd Festive First Friday Forum Finale for 2022

    Posted Nov 28, 2022 02:09 PM

    Hi all,

We will celebrate the holiday season by sharing heartwarming stories and positive experiences that make our work more joyful. Show up ready to share a brief (1 to 3 minute) story where you had no doubt that you chose the right profession. Take time to see and celebrate the wins, the joys, the accomplishments, and the fun in our work. Make us laugh or make us cry!

Join us on Friday December 2nd at 9amPT/10amMT/11amCT/12pmET and share:

    • A student comment that made your day
    • A faculty member's unwavering support
    • Praise from your boss or your institution
    • A difficulty that worked out perfectly
    • Shout outs for other librarians
    • Any entertaining tale that made you proud (or just tickled) to be a librarian

    Passcode: FestiveFFF

Can't come up with something to share? Come anyway and start the month of December with some librarian warm fuzzies. We have set a goal of 100 participants, so please spread the word and invite friends or colleagues! Non-health science librarians will appreciate this First Friday Forum on Lovely Library Lessons!

As usual, we do not record First Friday Forums so people can relax and share freely.

    Regards,

    Anna
