    Hello Anthropology and Sociology Section! The Women and Gender Studies Research Committee is hosting a virtual lighting talk event on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 from 2-3:30pm EST and we are looking for presenters! Submit a proposal if you're interested in any of the following areas:

    • Critical Information Literacy and Feminist Pedagogy
    • LGBTQ+ Community Information Needs
    • Gender, Race, and Sexuality in the LIS Profession
    • Being a WGS Librarian in 2026
