    Hi Folks,
(Apologies for cross-posting - sharing for a colleague)

    2023 Dance/USA Archiving Fellowships

Dance/USA, the national service organization for dance, invites applications for Summer 2023 Archiving and Preservation Fellowships from current and recent master's or doctoral degree students in library and information sciences and related fields, and other emerging archivists with relevant experience. Archiving and Preservation Fellows are paired with dance companies, arts organizations, and independent artists to complete archiving projects for 13 weeks in the summer.

In 2023, Dance/USA will award four Fellowships to library/archiving students or other emerging archivists, with a stipend of $10,000 and additional support for professional development. Fellows will work closely and intensively with dance organizations on archiving projects, and we are proud to offer a very exciting, diverse group of four organizations that represent a range of cultural traditions. The fellowships will be located in Detroit, MI; Los Angeles, CA; Jersey City, NJ; and Denver, CO.

    Deadline: 11:59 pm EST, January 18, 2023

    Sincerely,
    Carla-Mae Crookendale
