I wanted to share information about an upcoming free virtual event for school librarians who are looking for a welcoming and relaxed space to talk about sustainability.
Join K–12 librarians from across the country for an informal virtual "social hour" hosted by ALA's Sustainability Round Table on Wednesday, May 6th at 7pm EST. Together, we'll swap ideas, share what's working (and what isn't), and explore how sustainability can shape everything from programming and purchasing to collection development and inclusive advocacy. This isn't a presentation, it's a conversation. We hope that you'll leave with practical, budget-friendly ideas, new connections, and renewed energy for the work ahead.
