This may be premature...but if we follow the bylaws template, here is what our Board would look like. We can at least start thinking about how to populate our officer slots:
Officers of the Sustainability Round Table (current ALA members only)
Person 1:
President (3 years)
Vice-President/President-Elect (1 year)
Immediate Past President (1 year)
Person 2:
Secretary (2 years)
Person 3:
Treasurer (3 years, including 1 years as non-voting Vice-Treasurer)
Person 4:
SustainRT Councilor (term?)
Persons 5 and 6:
Directors-at-large (2 years, staggered)
Staff Liaison:
