- Register by Friday, June 28!
Join the Sustainability Round Table (SustainRT) for a plogging event! Plogging is the activity of picking up litter while jogging. Originating in Sweden, plogging (or plogga in Swedish) is a combination of the Swedish words plocka upp (pick up) and jogga (jog). Plogging keeps us healthy, active, and outdoors while beautifying an area free of litter.
This event is open to all. SustainRT membership is not required.
The plogging route is about 3 miles, accessible, and close to the convention center. If you prefer not to jog, you can walk or use a mobility aid.
Wear jogging clothes, and bring sunscreen, water, hat, and sunglasses. SustainRT will provide plastic bags and rubber gloves.
You must sign the waiver to participate. Registration closes on June 28.
