    Dear Colleague,  

     Please be aware that early bird registration for the Teaching and Learning with AI Conference, sponsored by the Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning, Division of Digital Learning, and UCF Libraries at the University of Central Florida, is set to close on Friday, March 13th. 

     The 4th Annual Teaching and Learning with AI Conference will be held from June 11-13, 2026, in Orlando, Florida at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. Professionals, instructors, researchers, librarians, and policymakers from all sectors of higher education are invited to attend.   
     I ask that you please pass this information on to the faculty and staff at your institution in case they are interested in attending. The more diverse the attendance and the more schools that are represented, the better poised we will be in higher education as we tackle the significant impact of AI in teaching and learning.
