I thought I'd share my recent experience in case anyone should find it helpful: The curriculum for this class assumes that all participants will successfully create a personal zoom account in Activity 1. Doing so requires that participants be able to access their e-mail and receive a verification code from zoom. Of my six participants, only two knew their email account passwords. They were senior citizens who only ever access their emails on personal devices that do not require them to enter their passwords. I had to improvise for the rest of the class, which of course meant other unforeseen road blocks. I would recommend letting all participants know that they will need their email log in information during this class!!
