1.  Do you have a specific acknowledgment statement you would like us to use in our materials?

2. How do you envision workshop participants accessing the evaluation forms at the end of the sessions?

 Happy to answers your questions!

1.  The acknowledgement statement is to include this phrase: "PLA Digital Literacy Workshop Incentive, supported by AT&T" followed by the PLA and the AT&T logos. If you are not able to use the logos the statement alone is fine. You could also say something like: "This workshop/program/class is part of the PLA Digital Literacy Workshop Incentive, supported by AT&T"

2. We will be using Project Outcome for the evaluation. We will be sharing more about that later this week. You will be able to provide a link to your participants where they can take a brief survey.
