    Thank you for being patient. They are ready:

    Set Up Surveys

    We are using the web-based tool, Project Outcome, to collect survey data.

    • Please use the attached PDF guide which takes you step by step
    • You will need to set up a new account with login
    • Use the template provided
    • Set up one survey for each workshop offered
    • Each survey will have a unique link you will share with participants
    • You will be able to review the data and make reports (more details to come about this part)
    • Deadline: Rolling
