    Hello and happy new year!

Due to an ongoing facilities project, we had to reschedule one of our workshops. I have already submitted information for the schedule change through the Airtable form, but I was wondering if I needed to create a new project outcome survey or if I could still use the original survey link (even though the date has passed?) Everything about the workshop is the same, the only difference is that the date is one week later than originally planned.

    Thank you!
    Molly

P.S. -- These workshops have been EXTREMELY popular and people are already asking about how to register for the next round. Thank you for all of the awesome materials!

    Hi Molly,

You should be able to use the same survey link you created for the original instance of your program - especially since there are no survey responses attached to it. I'm going to test this out (whether you can change the date, and whether you can use the link without changing the date) to make sure it works, but wanted to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. Stay tuned!

    Happy Monday All!

Just to circle back to this: yes, you can use the survey link originally created for a program that ended up getting postponed/rescheduled.

    Please note:
    • For record keeping purposes, you might want to change the program date (in the Edit Survey Details section), but it's not required in order to administer the survey for the program on the new date.
    • The date is also in the survey name when you create single-day program surveys. Again, for record keeping purposes you might want to consider updating the survey name too.
    • As I eluded to on Friday, once a survey has responses, it's not recommended to make any changes to the survey details. It can be done, but your records will then be inconsistent.

Please let me know if you have questions or need any clarification.

    Thanks!
    Katina
