  • 1.  Project Outcome Update

    Hello All!

    Sending a quick message to give you some Project Outcome updates. Please review below, and if you have any questions or experience any issues, feel free to send those to info@projectoutcome.org to be addressed.

    I.  Intro Message - Auto Translation Fixed
    The automatic translation of the survey Intro Message has been fixed for surveys in Spanish and French. You will no longer have to enter that translation yourself when creating new surveys. See my 10/04/22 email to this community for additional information.

    II. Server Updates
    Over the weekend, our vendors implemented some significant server changes for Project Outcome. If you or your users encounter any issues with accessing your surveys, please let us know at info@projectoutcome.org.

    III. Group Updates
    On Friday, we discovered that most of the members of this cohort had inadvertently been removed from the DigitalLearn Group in Project Outcome. The group was reinstated and the survey template was published again to the group. If you have any trouble accessing the DigitalLearn group or the survey template to create new surveys, please let us know.

    FYI I am not able to access ProjectOutcome.org or any of my individual surveys at all. Attempts to do so return 403 or 404 not found errors. I emailed them directly but wanted everyone else to have a heads up.

    All,
    The Project Outcome server updates are continuing, and at times causing temporary outages and connection issues. The developers are prioritizing getting the issues resolved. Because the issues are intermittent, not everyone will experience problems, and sometimes access becomes available within 15-30 minutes. I would encourage you to give yourself plenty of time to try and retry gaining access to your surveys and survey links while we're dealing with these issues. Fingers crossed we can give you the all clear soon!
