PLA Digital Literacy Workshop Cohort

I'm sure this has already been covered, but I can't seem to confirm.  Does a new main paid need to be created/dated for each set of surveys? So second session, new corresponding PO page? Or do all the surveys just into one? does that make sense? thanks, Kevin

Hi Kevin - am I understanding that you're asking if you need to make a new survey for every program you deliver? If the subject matter and instructor are the same, it is reasonable practice to use the same online or paper survey for those programs. However, you will have needed to have created that survey (from Mary-Clare's template) as a Multi-day Program so that online response reporting is appropriate and so that if you are using paper surveys, you can choose multiple dates when entering them into the Project Outcome system.
