  • 1.  Preliminary Library Report

    Has anyone done the Preliminary Library Report yet? I'm a little fuzzy on how/where that reporting is done.  I am assuming we complete the DL Record & Reflection form and submit it somewhere. But, I'm only guessing on that. Thanks for any advice.

    Good morning Anita,
    I think the information you are looking for was sent out in an email dated 11/23 and included this:

    "Important Update:

    I did not complete the form yet since we still have workshops this weekend to include in the report, but I did take a look at it and it is a short, fill-in-the-blank.

    For some reason I am not included in the email list (can I be added?  My supervisor gets them, but I don't and I am the main person working on this project)

    So do we just need to submit the completed Survey Monkey form as the preliminary report?  I am going to check in with my supervisor on Thursday and we are going to work on it.  I have been submitting reflections after every program and have been loading my data to Project Outcome.
