  • 1.  Possible Project Outcome Outage: 12/3-4/22

    Apologies for the late notice, but the Project Outcome toolkit will be undergoing technical updates this weekend 12/3-12/4. Please be prepared for possible outages.

    We hope these will be the last set of significant updates deployed to return the platform to proper working order. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

    Hi Katina,

    I had no problem accessing my surveys to print last week, but today I get the following error when trying to print the paper version of my surveys:

    500 Internal Server Error
If you are the administrator of this website, then please read this web application's log file and/or the web server's log file to find out what went wrong.
