    Hi there,

    I have a question about designing my own workshop using the template provided.  If my library completes the minimum requirements of 3 workshops and 18 learners with one of the approved courses, can I then create my own workshop using the template and hold a workshop on a topic I created?  Would I be able to use the incentive funds for this workshop as well?
