PLA Digital Literacy Workshop Cohort

Hello! I apologize for losing my notes about this, but do we need to email/report changes to our original budget if we plan to do something that differs from the original proposal? Will we need to send in all of our receipts as well?

You do not need to submit any receipts.  Due to the fluid nature of this project we will only ask for an updated budget in March.
Additionally, that is only if your spending differs from the  proposal you submitted in your application.
We are hoping that makes things less cumbersome.

Yes! You can use the funds to purchase tech you will use to conduct workshops and or incentivize your community attending the workshops. 

The BIG thing to be aware of is that these funds cannot be used to purchase any items that are covered by the standard E-Rate program. 

E-Rate primarily covers: telecommunications, telecommunications services, and Internet access, as well as internal connections, managed internal broadband services and basic maintenance of internal connections.
